Well, I’ve enjoyed the programme a lot. There’s a lot of interaction and networking, and we are able to share what we have learned and what we have experienced in the industry. Most importantly the speakers are good speakers. Totally for the past 3 days I have benefited a lot from the classes.

When I joined this course for the past 2 days, I personally fee it’s a very thought provoking. I think this is one of the best courses I’ve ever attended, one of it is the current practices of our Islamic Finance and what we have been practicing now may not necessarily be the true Islamic Finance in substance and I feel compelled responsible Muslim to make some changes. I have to gather the knowledge that is required for me to make an informed decision and also a strive towards changing the landscape of our Islamic Finance.

When I first enrolled for this programme, I really do not have any thought about what it’s going to be. I though it's going to be just like any other programme on islamic banking or islamic finance, but present surprise you know it came out to be something totally different. The approach taken by the institution is also different. We actually were forced to think and to speak openly on matters that we take for grantedwhen it comes to Islamic Finance.

The Masterclass it was a very instructive and enjoyable 3 days and there was much that I reflected on throughout that time. I’d like to explore how we can develop forms of Finance to support the real economy for example the house purchase. We learned about new about model today based on the principles of Mudarabah. I think this is really an exciting way to change the dimensions of how people might be in the future and be able to purchase their homes in a way which is consistent with the concepts of debt and obligations but also risk- sharing
